From 2017 to 2021, we invited prominent Hollywood script doctor Jose Silerio from the "Save the Cat! Workshop," renowned Japanese producer Takashi Hagiwara, well-known Korean producer Won Dong-Yeon, Viu TV&#39;s General Manager Ricky Lui from Hong Kong, blockbuster Vietnamese screenwriter Phan Gia Nhật Linh, Thailand director Bangjong Pisanthanakun, seasoned Chinese film and television screenwriter Zhang Jialu, and China&#39;s Chief Web Writer Bai Yicong to share their experiences in script development models from Hollywood, China, and Taiwan. To promote and preserve Hakka culture, we aim to use various ways and media to address a wide range of topics, transcending barriers of ethnicity, region, and language. By doing so, we hope to increase awareness and understanding of the Hakka people among audiences of all ages. The play " Gold Leaf " allows viewers to better understand the significant contributions and impact of early Hakka communities on societal and environmental development.&nbsp;

&ldquo;Migrant worker literature&rdquo; refers to literary works produced primarily by new immigrants and migrant workers. Southeast Asian migrant workers are an integral part of Taiwanese society, and their creative output serves as a guiding light, akin to a beacon in the night, shaping Taiwan&#39;s future. The establishment of &ldquo;Taiwan Literature Award for Migrants&rdquo; aims to encourage and preserve this invaluable historical narrative. Through manuscripts submitted for &ldquo;Taiwan Literature Award for Migrants&rdquo;, we can engage in dialogue and gain a better understanding of each other&#39;s diverse cultures.&nbsp;
